92 roadmaster no heat and blowing fuses  email this discussion to a friend?

My Buick Roadmaster has no heat. I have had electronic pack and fan replaced. Problem is when you turn on the heat other fuses start blowing. Last time it was turn signal fuse. Figure it is possibly a short or ground in the wiring but any suggestions as where to start looking?
