What is class as yummy to kids but is Gluten free??

I have 2 kids that have just been told to try a gluten free diet for a few weeks. Question is what do I feed them now.Mister 7 won't eat veggies at the momment and miss 10 can't have eggs....What do you feed your kids they they love???

My aunt and I have kids with Autism, and she sent me a link to Gluten Free in 10 weeks. I started following this particular website, and it seems very helpful; http://www.holisticfamilyhealthcarepc.com/gluten10weeks.htm We're new to this, but this site makes it seem pretty easy.
