going o the gym  |

i go to the gym 1-2 hrs everyday except weekends. and ever since i did (i started a month ago) i could feel the changes. not the physical ones: i know that's a long time coming yet. i'm referring to my health and to my general well-being. i feel it's easier to breathe now and i feel lighter. i don't gasp for breath when i climb a flight of stairs and i can run for about the same time my 10-year old son does without running out of breath. i feel happier, too and more agreeable. i am more in control of my temper coz generally, i feel peaceful. does exercise have the same effect on you?

| 3. teenwitch14 (48) | 3 years ago | I love to exercise, too! I've come to equate muscle pain after exercising with a feeling of self-confidence and fulfillment. I also feel more energized right after exercising, although I usually fall asleep after about an hour or so. I also occasionally attend yoga classes, and that's really taught me good breathing techniques when I need to relax.
