Syracuse Chine Old Ivory Berkshire pattern

I have quite a large set of this China but can find no info about it. It was my mother-in-law's grandmother's and I would like to find out date of pattern . It has alot of black, burnt orange, and browns. And what is tha small plate with all the 1/2 inch holes in it?? Thanks for any help
