Carolina Panthers running back DeShaun Foster and cornerback Ken Lucas missed practice with injuries Wednesday and are questionable for Sunday's game at Washington. Guard Mike Wahle did practice with a shoulder injury, but is also listed as questionable. Foster suffered a hyperextended left elbow after falling awkwardly after a run in the second quarter of last Sunday's win over St. Louis. DeAngelo Williams took over as the No. 1 back and rushed for 114 yards on 20 carries as the Panthers set a team record with 242 yards rushing. Lucas missed the St. Louis game with a thigh injury. He's also been plagued this season by neck and shoulder pain and a strained groin. Rookie Richard Marshall started in Lucas' place in the 15-0 win over the Rams, the Panthers' first regular-season shutout since 1997.
