Did you know that south of the equator, the water swirls down the drain in the opposite direction than it does in the north?Did you know that the seasons are reversed south of the equator than they are in the north? When I was in Kenya, it was June, July, August, which is normally my summer. While I was there they called it winter. Never saw snow because I was in the tropical band. It was called the rainy season. It rained almost everyday. When the temperatures dropped to the low 70s or 60s the people there said it was cold. Made me laugh. The cool thing about their rainy season is that it rains only a few minutes at a time, maybe a few times a day, and in between the sun comes out and it gets very warm and dries everything up again. Their summer is in December January February and the temperature there goes way over 110F even in the shade, from what I understand. (I never had such a beautiful tan in the winter as I did that year!! LOL)

Cool,, I have never been anywhere outside of Canada. I enjoy hearing things about other places, cause I'll never be able to afford to go
