What is the most important thing you have learned from your Job?

We all learn from our job whether we like it or not, What is the one thing you will carry with you the rest of your life? Mine was patients. I was a salesperson.

The most important thing that I have learned from my job is patience as I work with students with various types of disabilities. Each person is different and need to be patient with the ones who have a hard time reading or understanding something. Being a teacher, patience is very important no matter what level you are teaching at. I agree with you that patience is the most important thing.
