it should be definitely stopped of course, marriages at very young age will not only cause social problems for the girl like a break in education, mental agony, premature births or abortions, and other complications later on, it also has a direct effect on the fertility rate of the country, the fertility rate is the rate at which women in the reproductive age group of 15-40 yrs. become fertile...fertility rate influences the growth rate of the population...also early marriages lead to more no. of people and cause population increase directly...maternal mortality during delivery also may increase, so, these should be stopped. it is ethically and morally condemnable and should be stopped at all costs, and abt parents selling their kids, i can't choose whether its correct or not because, all the people who do that are very poor and they r in need of money, and if not all, some of those who get the kids are indeed the ones who are childless and so they adopt...but apart from these, some persons are there who buy them just to make them slaves, or sell them to higher perons still to get more money...this is really unethical in the sense of violating human rights...such persons should be punished for their wrong doings...
