spinach (raw) is a very good source of calcium. I take a multi-vitamin and a calcium supplement for my osteoporosis every day. Here are some other good choices:
anchovies
canned salmon w/bone
yogurt
rhubarb

Also, people in some places count too much on vitamin D being obsorbed into the body by the sun. Particularly here in Maine. You just cannot get enough vitamin D from the sun here.
