I don't quite understand the question. I know for me, I just pop the cd rom that they give you in the computer and it loads itself up. Now, if you want to know where to get the program, then you can go to the sites previously mentioned or try the Roxio site directly.

Congrats to you on installing the roxio easy media creator 7 basic cd, however I do not see if you were having an issue and or were asking a question.

Cnet Downloads is a place to look or go to yahoo search that is where i look up all my things and i usually find everything i need..
