can u sleep while riding in a car

I can very easily 5 minutes I will be out if Im a passenger

ya, if i m in a car, i wud love to sleep., esp. if the ride is for more than an hour...or if we r on a long journey...

if we travel by night, i can sleep very easily, especially if its a long trip... but if its by day,,, it will be very hard for me to sleep...maybe in the middle of the trip or not at all...

I always drive so I would have to say no, it sure would not be a good thing if I did. Ouch.

Yup I can. I actually have a problem staying awake if I am a passenger in a car. After about an hour I will doze off. Kinda handy at times when I am lacking rest, however the driver always gets annoyed with me :)

that is when i can sleep the best i don't no why but when i hit the car i am out if we are going more then about 1 hour away.

Yes. I went on a road trip with some friends once, and when it was my turn to take a break from driving and get some rest. I fell asleep for many hours. This was in the middle of summer on an outback road. So when I woke up, I started vomiting because I was dehydrated.
