antique french mantel clock or belguim  

it is a marble clock with a lady sitting by a table with a lamb.i am busy repairing the clock.it is a quarter chime clock.on 1/4 past it strike 1 time,on 1/2 it strikes 2 times,on 3/4 it strikes 3 times,on the hour it strikes 4 times and then the hour strikes on which ever hour it is.my problem is that the chime only last for 2 and a half days while the hour strike last for 7 days.somebody work on it at some stage because there are parts missing by the winding thats got to do with the winding down tention.my name is willem and i am a watchmaker in stellenbosch south africa.thanks.there is no name on the clock
