| | hmm ... you should dampen your hair when combing. Use a shampoo with conditioner while washing hair, it leaves fewer knots. Do not allow your hair to get too dry before you straighten them. Do not use a fine toothed comb ... use a wide tooth comb. Part your hair and comb the ends first working your way up. Love Autumn | | | | | | |

| | I use detangling spray that is made for kids! It works really well, you just have to spray A LOT of it on your hair =) | | | | | | |

| | brush out the bottom first, and then go from the middle to the bottom, and then from the top to the bottom then STRAIGHTEN IT with a flat iron so it won't look gross and poofy (mine does when it is long and i brush it like that) and so it'll stay untangled how long is your hair? you might want to consider cutting it (i know this sounds scary) | | | | | | |

| | My hair is almost to my waist. This is the longest I've ever had it. As a child I always wanted my hair long, and for some reason my mother kept it short | | | |

| | I would say use a better conditioning product. Brush your hair more often - especially before you wash it! I also have long hair - and a good conditioner keeps it tangle free. It makes it easier to detangle those painful knots. GOod luck! | | | | | | |

| | Wet your hair. Use a comb and comb the knots out from the bottom up a little at a time. Don't use a brush and try to do it all at once if it hurts. Hold a little bit of hair in your hand so it won't pull from the roots and comb out the bottom knots then work up, always holding it as you comb so it won't pull from your scalp. | | | | | | |

| | I would have it trimmed to get the split ends off. That will help it. But long hair is fun to brush out. I also use a flat iron to keep it from being wavey. It really helps me. | | | | | | |

| | I love my hair and try to keep it healthy. Although I do dye it. I don't have split end's so that help's and also I try to keep it in a braid or up in a pony tail, unless I am going out at night, then I leave it down and looking nice. | | | |

| | Make sure to use CONDITIONER everyday or every time you take a shower. Use something with herbals and natural ingredients - coconut oil is proven to make your hair shiny any healthy. This works for me cause HONESTLY I don't have to comb my hair... it never knott up on me. Sometimes I just use my hand to detangled it and never use blow dry. It makes your hair DRY. | | | | | | |
