Professional clubs that usually face many challenges related to the players' recorded data and how to manage such items in an accumulative way that show the performance parameters and achievements .The club officials mostly responsible for managing 26 games either Olympic, non-Olympic, individual , or team games .The players data insufficiently stored ,and incoherently signified . Occasionally, the administrative staffs face some hard times to introduce the individual, physical, psychological, financial, and technical aspects of certain player in certain period in the past, or in the current period. The club administration preferably admires the idea of tracing the employee’s procedures(as trainers performance and attitudes) towards the players in order to check whether the technical plan is applied as previously approved by the officials whether from either the players’ side or coaches’ side. All data is stored in systematic-based criteria(according what the principals have determined) to make plans that fulfill the team needs highly recommended t record. The managerial personals are usually not technically qualified to supervise or to check many minor details, their main concern is to follow all teams, hence offer accurate provisions of the teams' present or future requirements. Therefore, a high link should be obtainable among all club elements whether they are officials, trainers, or even players. Otherwise, insufficient decisions or even improper estimations are significantly present because of being neither technically experienced nor administratively connected. Generally, the members of the board do need to have easy diagrams, or flowcharts to follow up the huge daily data flow about whole work state. Consequently, the suggested system is responsible for organizing, checking out, tracing all information that are related to the player state in many aspects as the personal, financial, psychological, physical, and technical conditions. The personal details include the date of birth, height, weight, and marital status …all social records. The financial data is specified by the contract validation period, the contract cost, the fee installments. The psychological field states the player's behavior and attitudes (angry, hesitated, worried, calm, nervous, patient ...etc). Record of the health conditions as injury diagnostic, treatment doctor, history of surgeries done, medical reports ,medical x-rays, medical clinics, place of injury are all the elements of the physical principles .The previously mentioned points are shared with all games and all players .Meanwhile, the technical report sustains the privacy of each game as (Skills, talents, proficiency, sufficiency …etc).
