fixing a Sony playstation 2 slim edition model # SCPH-70011

I'm having problems playing PS2 games. The games are skipping or being delayed in between levels. Can anyone help-please

are you sure its the system?? it sounds like it might be the disc. just get a good disc cleaner or scratch repair....if the disc is scratched it should help.
