I live in Central PA. We moved here about a year ago when my husband job promoted him. It is really peaceful here as compared to the upstate NY town we used to live in. I do have to say though, I really miss all the wonderful stores from that town, there aren't that many where I am now.

it has gone down hill quite a bit in the city but the suberbs are still nice. I go every few months. I like to shop at the vf outlets there and I still have family there.

I have lived in Pittsburgh and Washington PA for the last 12 years. I also lived in Philly for about a year as well. I liked Philly better than Pittsburgh but that's just me.

I haven't ever been to Philly despite living in PA most of my life. I have always wanted to see the liberty bell for some reason. However, only living an hour and a half away from Pittsburgh, I have been there many times. I really like Pittsburgh. My family and I love to ride the subway. Since the downtown area is free, we go all over the place. We also like the many fine museums that Pittsburgh has to offer. If Philly is nicer, then I definitely have to make it over to the other side of the state for a little visit.
