Tea, Coffee, or Water?  | | They all have no calories!!! Coffee is great in the morning, Water is great during a workout, and tea is great right before bed. Its the perfect complement to any meal!!! But which is the best? I say, water.

| | | | 6. globaldoc2001 (4902) | 2 months ago | Water is a very important and essential thing one needs in order to survive.basic science subjects in schools teach us that our bodies are composed of 80% water.our schools also teach us that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water every single day of our lives.i strongly suggest that one should drink more than 8 glasses a day.the reason is that there should be enough water to replenish for the loss of water in our bodies everyday.we lose water contents through urinating and sweating.if we drink less than 8 glasses of water,there will not be enough water intake to replenish these water losses.here,constipation happens.the stool becomes harder,and our bodies will lack water to lubricate.our organs will also start to fail since,just like the intestines having a hard time with the stools.Dehydration and the lack of water contents in our bodies will also cause one to be sleepy,and this will eventually lead to unconsciousness.it is,however,very important to consider where you are geographically located.if you are living in a tropical country where the temperature is higher,one should drink way more than 8 glasses of water.reason is that evaporation and the loss of water is so much higher.with this,our bodies demand more water than just the 8 glasses.having said,we should also understand that flavored water,tea and coffee have sugar and other ingredients like salt,etc. in them.it would still be best to have plain water to wash away these ingredients from our system inside our bodies.
