When I usually end up having a sore back or back aches I tend to do a few things to help soothe the pain. As I find doing all of these things I am about to list have helped me relieve the pain I had experienced on several occasions. I recommend them to anyone if they are wanting to get rid of the pain they may be experiencing when having a sore back. Usually when I have a backache I will turn to things such as a heating pad. I find a large majority of the time when I have a sore back that heat ends up always helping me relieve some of the pain. I find it helps to relax my muscles. If that doesn't end up working I sometimes will turn to soaking in a hot bubble bath. I find this not only helps me to relax in general, but it also helps to relax my muscles at the same time. I find laying on a hard surface helps quite often as well when using heat to get rid of the soreness. If that doesn't work I sometimes will turn to putting an ice pack on my back to relieve the pain. I find this to be uncomfortable though sometimes as it can be rather cold. I prefer using heat to get rid of the pain I may be experiencing as I find it works a lot faster than any other thing out there. I also have tried using extra strength tiger balm. I find it works quite as well for backaches. I've also tried using ThermaCare wraps. They are almost like a heating pad, but they instead stay warm for roughly 8 hours. I haven't used them as often as compared to some of the other things I have listed. But my friend let me use hers once before when I was over at her place. It helped to soothe the pain for a bit when I had used it I had found. If I find my back is in a lot of pain & I am having a difficult time dealing with the pain. I sometimes will turn to calling up a massage parlor & going in & getting a massage done. I find sometimes getting a massage done by a professional can do wonders as well. At least this is what I had found when I had backaches.. Also.. I haven't tried this but when my other half had back aches he ended up going to the doctor.. And the doctor had suggested to him that using a moist heating pat does wonder. He says it will help to relieve the pain since it helps to provide quite deep heat to the area that is in pain. I know that this has worked quite well for him but I have never tried it myself quite honestly. I think if someone has tried all of these things & none are helping to relieve the backache.. That they should then turn to a doctor as they sometimes come up with some great solutions on how to relieve the pain or the backache.. As they are professionals & sometimes know best on how to relieve these types of pains.. I hope some of my suggestions have helped though if you are indeed looking for ways to relieve your back pain if you are experiencing this.. In conclusion.. I find all of the things I had listed above to help me in one way or another when I have had severe back aches.. And I recommend this to anyone to try if they are experiencing terrible back aches & haven't come up with something to relieve the pain just yet.. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx
