i have a serious health troubles that prevent me from smoking,
so..
i quit smoking

| |  yes i used to smoke 20 a day then i got pregnant and stopped but when she was 4 months old i started again. when i got pregnant again i stopped and have never started again. Just don't have any urge to start which is helpful. I think you need to really want to stop. Maybe try cutting down to 2 a day then just stop buying them. If you don't have them you can't smoke them!!
