noodles as my favorite food

From I was a small girl I observed from my parents that if somebody from the family is having a birthday,my mother used to cook noodles that we call in our language "pansit".There are varieties of these noodles,and my most favorite one is this "bihon".Bihon is made of rice vermicelli.This is actually from the Chinese cooking.It is cook with meat and vegetable with soy sauce.I eat pansit with spring roll.There are lots of choices in pansit and if there is anybody interested I can tell exactly what is this food about; and guess what?when I was in the middle east I was surprised when I saw some local people eating this pansit,and some people from the west.
