ELECTRONIC COMPONENT J-HC 531

I am working on an electric iron which has a water compartment.There is a pump that pumps the water into the iron to produce steam.The pump does not work and Iam suspecting a component on the pcb which is marked as DB1.The part number is J-HC 531.I want to know what component it is.I am confused either it is a diode or triac.Please help.
