please help my brother put a diagnostic tester on my 2000 hyundai sonata to find out what is wrong with it. The code he came up with is P1443 which came up as EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM CONTROL VALVE my question is in the book of codes definitions it says for ford does it have to be specifically for a Hyundai vehicle? If this code is right is this easy to repair? and what are the symptoms for a car doing this?
