Who is excited about HALO 3!!?!?!!  

The rumored month of when halo 3 will come out is november 2007. But during early spring, they are going to be releasing a beta of the multiplayer. You can sign up for that on halo3.com. and they also just released a commercial for it last monday.

There's still been no confirmed release date for Halo 3.

There's other stuff coming though, the Beta multiplayer mentioned above, plus some Halo 2 mulitplayer LIVE maps (for the 360 only) around the same time.

Also there's Halo Wars, and the currently untitled one that Peter Jackson's video game company is getting ready to start working on. Supposedly, the Peter Jackson game is going to be a series, and is going to be based on the Halo movie. It's supposed to get done even if the movie doesn't.

The last official word on the movie is a tentative 2008 release date, but currently there's no distribution deals worked out for it. According to EGM magazine, WETA (the ones who did the props for Lord of the Rings with Peter Jackson) already has at least one operational Warthog built.

I can't wait!
