When I had a pair of Signature Rehearsals they died funny. Like there was a big lump at the ball of the foot. I've seen other models of Bloch pointe shoes like Suprima go dead the same way on youtube. It makes your arch and pointe look horrible IMHO.
So anyway, I just bought a pair of soft full-soled Bloch ballet slippers because they looked nice on the model's feet at discount dance. I had been using Capezio soft shoes up until now. So I put these shoes on for the first time today and guess what!! These soft shoes do the same thing when I point my foot? WTF is up with that? Is it only me? What was I thinking? Grrr.

I've heard that a lot of people prefer the Bloch soft shoes better than Capezio whether they are split or full. Maybe my feet are just funny lol, because my bloch pointe shoes did the same thing! :) Actually, my favorite soft shoes are my Leo's split soles. They don't bunch up at all on the metatarsal on demi-pointe and they make my feet look great. I tried them on a gut feeling and I was really happy with them.
