BEST TIME TO EXERCISE.

Definitely first thing in the morning. When I was a good girl and used to exercise, I used to love getting up at 5 or 6 to go for run or a workout. You get it out of way and don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day, and gives you a great start to the day also.

The early evening is the best time to do the exercise.
It is really a good time especially when you are having outdoor activities.
What is the reason of saying so?
During this period, the air is containing the peak percentage of oxygen.
We need oxygen to breath.

For me it's mid-morning time around 10 or 11am! :) I like to exercise and let my 10 month old crawl around me.. :) He loves to explore and get in the way! haha. I've been exercising in front of him ever since he was a week old. So he's used to it.

I suggest early in the morning for your blood to circulate and from that you will have active body for the whole day.
