i pray regularly and that gives me confidence in life.prayer is the communication with god and it makes us more closer to him.we feel that there is someone to guide and to protect us,and that confidence helps to face the challenges of life.try to pray regularly and you will experience a change

Sincerly i don't pray God, but i know some persons do that. I am not Christian and i am not cattolic. I think only that exist a transcendental God.
