How can you advertise with no time?

I have been trying to start my own internet business for awhile. I work full-time then come home cook, clean and tend to others needs. I try to find time to get out there advertise but it's hard with a limited income and everyone wants you to buy there product or promote. I've joined so called free mailing list to find out that they end up saying you need to upgrade before we put your sight out for you. Then they want to offer you all this confusing software that takes you hours to figure out how to use. No one has given me a simply solution. Is there anyone out there that feels the way I do? I have tons of e-mail that seems to run me around in a circle. Now it seems like everybody wants me to join and advertise I say give me some simple software that will run by itself let me program it set is and forget it. Busy,busy,busy is what I am. I have even joined some work at home data entry jobs where they say you don't have to go out there and advertise we have the companies for you just enter data. Okay that ends you still have to advertise to get the traffic so how do you stop the madness? Any in-put would be greatly appreciated because I know you are there.
