sleep with lights

Do you sleep with lights on or off?

I sleep with the lights off.But i dont mind even if they are on.

if i'm really tired, i guess i could fall asleep with the light on! But i never sleep with the lights on, cause i sleep longer if itøs turned off!

i sleep with the lights off my room had to be pitch dark before i can get to sleep. my windows even are going to be getting black garbage bags or plastic just to make it darker.
