I love garlic. I use it in nearly everything. It is good to keep the flu away also. I love Olive Garden and I think one of the reasons is because of the garlic. I remember the first time a friend took me to Olive Garden. I arrived home and my daughters would not get near me. LOL they said I reaked of garlic. lol

Olive Garden tries to fill you up on bread...garlic though is wonderful. I know of it for colds etc. Your daughters don't know what they are missing. My family is the same when I get home from the mall and I had stopped at the pretzel spot and got a garlic pretzel with tea. I become a dragon! lol Thanks for responding!!!

For me even too little is too much because i am the one who don't like garlic at all. I do have it but only when it is included in some gravy or any thing in a way that its taste is not specifically recognisable in that dish.

I love garlic too, but it doesn't love me. Too much definitely gives me heartburn, but it's worth it once in a while.

I think its a matter of personal preference, I love garlic too and think ist very healthy to have plenty of it, but if it pust off people you are with, or means you can't fully appreciate the other ingredients, then maybe its too much?

stinky breath! - stinky breath!
I love garlic too. I think that you only have too much when it starts to come from the pores of your skin (it really does!) and your whole body smells of it or if people physically shrink away from your breath!

Am well aware that it can come out of our pores, that is a bit excessive however think of how well they will be since no virus will inhabit a garlic pit!!! Thanks for responding my friend!!

Well too much can be as much, that will be out of your taste For you , you are a garlic lover Too much will be that amount of garlic which exceeds the limit of your garlic taste For others it may be less or more

Too much, depends on the person eating it. It's healthy, so as much as you like and enjoy is enough.

i can not tell you how much is the limited, but i can tell you the side effect of raw garlic is very strong, so eating too much could produce problems, for example irritation of or even damage to the digestive tract. There are a few people who are allergic to garlic. Symptoms of garlic allergy include skin rash, temperature and headaches. Also, garlic could potentially disrupt anti-coagulants, so it's best avoided before surgery. As with any medicine, always check with your doctor first and tell your doctor if you are using it.

I love garlic and don't think that there could be enough of it either so I don't think that there is such a thing as too much garlic in food.
