I love romantic funny movies. Girl meets boy in quirky way and by the end of the movie, they both are happy in love. My all time favorites are Pretty Woman and Grease. Grease is fun and I love the old music. By the way, have you heard they are doing a reality show based on Grease. The premise is picking the actors to play the characters on the next broadway production of Grease. Don't know if it will be any good or not.

I love movies and watching them. I have a good size DVD and VHS collection (although I'm slowly coverting these over). Can't list them all because I'd be here all day. Newest movie I've watched is The Da Vinci Code, very good movie and the book was good as well. The oldest movie I've watched recently is Calamity Jane, very good musical with Doris Day and Howard Keel.
Some series I like are, Star Wars, Star Trek, LOTR, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Nightmare on Elmstreet, Batman, Superman, Jurassic Park, Leathal Weapon, Die Hard, Ghostbusters, Tremors
And that is what I can think of off the top of my head :)

Prefer scary movies like Hitcher, Howling, Nightflier, Blade, Species, Alien vs Predator, Unspeakable..having said that we also have Patch Adams, Pirates of the Caribbean, High Plains Drifter, Robin Williams on Broadway, Johnny English, Knights Tale, Phantom of the Opera, and Troy
So we have something in common.!
