What do you guys think about the battle between the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 & PS3  

Playstation 3 will definetly win. I can't wait to get one.

Haha, this is my 4th thread on this.

The XBOX 360 and the Wii are obviously beating the Playstation 3 right now. Here's my reasons why.

Affordability and Supply. You can walk into a store and get a 360 with no hassle, and even though the Wii is flying off the sheleves you are much more likely to get one than the PS3. Which is bad news for Sony becuase there are going to be alot of people who are going to walk into a store for a PS3, but leave with a Wii or XBOX 360. Especially Christmas shoppers who are on a deadline(December 25th of course) for when they need get their gifts. For the people who want a PS3, when they find out they can't get them becuase of the supply is so low many of them will get the Wii or XBOX 360 for themself or whoever they are buying the gift for(probally kids). Not only this, but the Wii and XBOX 360 are much more affordable then the PS3. Moms and Dads who've been told by their kids that they want a PS3 may get the Wii or XBOX 360 anyway, just becuase of how much cheaper they are. Especially the Wii.

The Wii and XBOX 360 don't even really need to steal sony's fanbase like that. They both have alarge fanbase right now becuase of the Wii's Innovation and games like Zelda on the market, and the XBOX 360 with games like Gears of war, Halo 3 comming out soon, and it's online service, that's better than both the PS3 and the Wii. Right now, the PS3 doesn't have it's killer app or service. It's supposedly best game this launch, Resistance, wasn't that great. The PS3 pretty much failed at launch, esecially compared to the Wii's launch, with games like Zelda and Wii Sports it put out, showcasing their new controller.
Emphasizing Zelda which is one of the best launch titles Ever, probally only under Mario 64.

The PS3 does have the fact that the XBOX 360 still isn't liked by much of Japan. Where as the PS3 is loved out there.

The PS3 definitely appeals to the harcore gamer, who are willing to pay the money for it. But it isn't really getting the casual gamer like the Wii or XBOX 360, where the real money comes from.
