Do you think reading all of the posts first make the discussion more interesting

I try to read all of the posts ahead of mine first before I respond to a discussion. I find that it makes the discussion more interesting and I feel more a part of the discussion. I also find that sometimes, more facts are revealed so I know more background behind the original question. In some of the discussions, it seems a lot of you are merely responding to the initial question and your answer is sort of wasted by the time I get to the 20th response. Has anyone else noticed this to be true? Are you really interested in the discussion, or are you here for the money?

yes it definitely makes it more interesting .. and theres no real pointin responding without reading other's posts .. its like speaking and not not listening to what anyone else has to say

I guess so. If there are 100 posts on the thread before I reply sometimes I will skip some else I´ll be there all day! But if I have a strong opinion on the original post then I will just put it. I don´t need to read everyone else´s opinions, only if I want to. I also find on here that if someone tacks a post on to say, the fiftieth one down, when you go to look for the one that says "30 seconds ago" you have to trawl throught the WHOLE lot to find whereabouts in the thread the new bit is. This is annoying.

Thank you for your response. It can be annoying to have to go through all of the 100 posts to find one thing, but sometimes I think it is necessary if you are going to get all of the facts. I noticed this when someone was talking about having an affair with an older man. It seemed everyone was missing the point because they did not read the posts where she said she had a child by the guy's son and the guy was married already. Everyone was giving their blessing and telling her to go ahead and have fun. They obviously did not get the whole picture. If this is going to be a worthwhile site, don't you think there has to be a balance between truth and making money?

if you are doing this to make money then you will use a lot of time reading me on the other hand i only read what i need to respond and that is it i am trying to get to ten dollars before the month is over so i can see if this really pays or not so i don't read everything

I do read the discussion in detail what the man who started it asked for but not many responses simply because many a times i see vague answers here and many a times i find many answers to discussions i started vague and i loose temper on such people . it is like scamming the system and it is playing with intelligence of the starter of discussion. so i have decided that i would answer and not read what others say but if i see a response by someone i know i do read.

I understand how you feel. I don't think they are scamming the system. They are more like wasting time. They will only get paid for what they do. It is nice to see the response from your friends.
