You'll want to ramp up your vitamin C intake drastically - get 500 to 1,000 mg capsules of C and take as many as your stomach can handle (1-8 per hour). Pick up zinc and lysine as well - taking them in the evening before bed. If you start now, you should see relief fairly quickly and avoid a doctor's visit/antibiotics.
