According to a historian and researcher of the paranormal, Nguyen Binh Khiem (1491-1585) was the first to mention the name "Vietnam", the national name officially declared in 1804. A full article on this fascinating man is located at the link below. http://tinyurl.com/y8k9zo Do you believe that certain people have the ability to predict future events? Or is our future uncertain therefore this might seem impossible?

I do think that people can know or sense possible future events, it is not so much that the future is certain because it is not. It is uncertain but it is still possible. The purpose of the predictions is to know some influences or possible happenings, when you know what the influence is you can then change it so it doesn't happen or take steps to ensure that it does. Some influences are stronger than others, and so more likely to happen than others. It is about probablities. Looking a statics people can then determine probable outcome, yet predictions are when those probable factors are not know, and influences are then given.
