I've heard that frozen can actually be better because they're frozen soon after they're picked and stay frozen until you're ready to cook them. Ideally fresh would be better, but the problem is that by the time they get to you they've been sitting outside a long time and losing nutrients.

I always thought fresh, but this makes alot of sense. See you do learn something new everyday.

I always thought fresh was best, but it seems to me I may have been wrong.

Personally I would tend to think that Fresh Vegatables are the Best for a person to eat, but honestly, I think I prefer eating Frozen most of the time as you do not have to worry about them going bad unless they become Defrosted or Freezer burnt. And there are so many ways that you can cook these up that are actually easier than if they are Fresh.

i know fresh vegetables are always healthy and great but i do buy also frozen ones for a short time cooking only and to make instant dinner side dish and soup. i love to make meatballs tomato soup with frozen pack of corn, peas, carrots and celery.
