Lady Diana still on the news

After almost 10 years since the tragical death of Lady D the princes William and Harry want to organize a rememberance concert. According to the Sunday Mirror they'll personally organize the event and some rumours say they already got in touch with Elton John.
The concert should take place in Wembley Stadium on July 1, 2007. This day should have been Diana's 40 birthday.
Prince Charles' office did not confirm these rumours.
What do you think about this? Is this really love for their mum or is it simply another attempt of keeping the hype? Shouldn't Diana rest in peace after all these years?

I also heard that Diana's driver was drunk when the accident took place,it came in the newspapers recently
