About Employer

Some times only want to get as much as work out of people as possible for the lowest possible wage. What's your opinion for this statement?

Honey that is what all employers want! That is how they stay in business! No employer is going to have you come in for an interview and ask you what you would like to have for a salary and tell you well I would rather pay you more! They are there to MAKE MONEY and the more they pay you the less they get.

I think that is the capitalist ideal which is why unions came into being and socialism was attempted
