How to count real time traffic uses in Internet

Santosh no need to panic. I know what excatly you are looking for . You want to monitor your traffic usage becasue dataone has some download limits. Since you are running 4 computers in LAN softwares like bandwidth monitor wouldnt help you much because they count data that is being sent/received from your computer, which either may be from the internet or from other computers since they are in LAN.

So the best way is to go to www.dataone.in and click on "dataone account administration". Then enter your dataone username and password on this page and click on service records. Here you can check the records for this month as well past 2 months (if you were a user then) . Records are made session wise. This means every time you log in and out a new session is created. If you are using Night unlimited there is column which shows 0 if data transferred is in night unlimited period. One thing you need to note is the total data which is shown on top of the page also INCLUDES DATA TRANSFERRED IN NIGHT UNLIMITED PERIOD. This will be deducted at the time of billing

tools like dumeter and bandwidth meter are available that helps u know about the real time data transfer occuring.

go to the google adwords the adress is adwords.google.com create account for adwords, but you dont need to start any campaign on adwords..when you will be inside of your account just click on Analytics link and overthere you will find all insturctions how to set up everything so you could see real time visitors on your website and from where they are and the rest of information..also you can use this tool www.statcounter.com it easiear to install on your website, but it has less features in it..If you will have any problems just simply contact me and I will help you..

U must have some server, so install some LAN statistics program search from google, the traffic which enters in server is the all traffic u use

This question already 8 months ago but I will answer it.. Networks, now imagine if you have 4 computer and 1 line out so the server must be your modem, with that modem you can't detected how much download or upload run from that modem, except if you are using router you can see the statistic. the way to see the statistic you have to make another one server and get the program for analize your bandwith usage. take a look on google there is a lot of free bandwith manager or analize for windows or unix system.
