Do you think "Sholay" is the indian film ever made? / myLot

I have seen this movie for almost8 times and i still don't get bored watching this fantastic, historical movie that india has ever produced....each and evrything in this movie is worth mentioning and everything has comeout so natural in this movie? what do you think about this? do you all agree that "Sholay" is one of the best movie india has ever produced so far...! please give me your views here

I'm trying to learn about Indian films (I posted a discussion about it, but hardly anybody responded). What is this film about? I wonder if it's available in US video stores and if it would have English subtitles.

He,....where are you from? actually it is an indian movie which has already become history and to tell you, i have seen it 5,6 times and would really love to see it again and again...i think you can also watch it...it's a story of a old time gangster who terrorised at that time...But, if you under stand the dialogues, it will be still better.... Anyway's...thanks for responding

i am fully agree with your view, for me, i have seen this movie more than 100 times ... still i love to see it ... (well i want to do phd on this movie ....) such movie can not be created again,

As far as i am concerned, "SHOLAY" is an evergreen movie in my life and having seen it for almost 5,6 times till now i don't think any other movie has overtaken "SHOLAY" till now...so, it has to be the best indian movie ever produced till now. Anyway's...thanks for responding

yes think that sholay is one of the best film ever made... Sholay -the film of the millanium.But i wonder what factor of the film strike on the people..The story,stars or the different mode of the film style..I also wonder why this formulae never won again..Why other films in the same category fails to get much response..The sholay runs 5 consecutive year in a theater.All this are amazing and unbelievable news for me... Sholay is the best when consider the popularity...
