what does christmas mean to you

Though i'm a muslim guy i still love christmas day...in our assamese language it is called as BORODIN thats mean big Day,i along with my friends go to a local church here at guwahati,india where we pray for the whole world.I've so many christians friends,i love them buddy

Christmas to me is a time we spend with family and friends to celebrate our faiths (I'm including Hanakkah in this) and beliefs. We spend time together and appreciate the things and people we have in our lives. We tell them how much they mean to us through cards, gifts and just visitations. It's a time of happiness and love.

Hasn't felt much to me for quite a few years, usually by myself. My son usually goes to his dads and family. I don't have any family here, so I would rather my son spend it with extended family than be alone with me. Its all mainly for the kids anyway. But not this year, my first christmas with my son! WOO HOO!

i feel the same way as you..time to spend some quality moments with friends and make merry..im not a christian..but i enjoy christmas

going church......celebration......chicken eating.......etc etc

Is it just a day at the end of the year, A season of joy, merry making and cheer, Is it people and presents and glittering trees? Ah no, it is more than any if these. For under the tinsel and hidden from sight, Is the promise and meaning of that first Christmas night, When the shepherds stood in wondering awe, And felt transformed by what they saw. So let us not in our search for pleasure. Forget our right to this priceless treasure. For Christmas is still a God given day, And let us remember to keep it that way.
