Iritis - inflammation of the iris

Does anyone else here have iritis, or get it often? It is a chronic ailment which means it is rare for someone to only get it one time in their lifetime. I have been getting it since the early 90s. Several opthamologists have said that it will burn itself out. I sure wish it would hurry up and do that.
