i can't open many programmes in my pocket pc phone with windows mobile 2003

i brought my pocket pc phone (laser p300) in thailand. i could not find any users manual in english because this model has been manufactured espicially for Thailand. now that i am using it, there are programmes i can not open. what can i do ?
