Can you still get pregnant while on birthcontrol?

Someone told me their friend still got pregnant while they took birthcontrol. Is this true?

it is possible to get pregnant while on birth controll. its only 99.9% safe, there is still .1%.

i know someone who has 3 kids, and she got pregnant with all of them while on birth control.

Of course it can happen...The person could have forgotten to take it for one day or took it later, maybe had a stomacvh sickness and even if none of those things happened - BC is not 100% secure
