Strict Rules and Instructions to my lot users, is it beneficical or not?

I personally feel that mylot users are really going to have a tough time working on mylot and framing new questions, since most of the questions have already been asked by the users a number of times, is this really going work?

It's tough, but sometimes you got to follow the rules.

ur rite tho but didnt u notice people prefer replyin 2 answer dat type of questions more then the Diffrent worth answering questions!!
