The hotter the chili, the higher the capsaicin content. Chilies can be eaten raw or cooked or in chili sauce. Be careful not to eat very hot chilies inadvertently, as you will definitely regret it.

I ve heard that here in mexico before. makes sence as many mexicans eat peppers and chilis everyday here. I really dont like the hot ones here.

the other benefits of chilies is it boost our metabolism...i'm trimming my fat right now so i'm having daily servings of chilies, i prefer saute them with onions and garlic...
