EXERCISING

I need to lose a few pounds. I get bored easily with exercising. Any suggestions of how I can keep things fresh and exciting so that I will not get bored? Please help, my tummy & thighs just keep getting bigger. Anything to help target those areas would be appreciated!

If you can find a good martial arts instructor in your area, perhaps sign up for lessons. Depends on what style you want to learn. Not only is it, in general, aerobic (not sure if I spelled that correctly), but you're also leaning to defend yourself. Then we can start calling you The karate jump puppy.

*chuckling* love that response! I will have to look into that at a later date. Money is really tight right now. We HAVE to remodel our bathroom, we are having water damage problems. Oh yeah, just what I want to do during January. Wish me luck.

Well find a physical activity that you enjoy so you don't get bored with it. So not only will you be enjoying it but you will lose the pounds as well! I like aerobics, yoga and pilates and sometimes mountain climbing.

These all sound like great activities. I forgot to mention, that any super tiring exercie flairs my asthma up. Any further suggestions?
