Alchol and Drug use and smoking durring pregnacy?

I feel it is horrible but what are you opians. I know my mother smoked with me and I have ADD. I heard that happens somethings when a mother smokes my siters have it too so it may be heraditary but no one else in the family has it. Well regardless of that what do you think about this?
