I just get the canned alfedo and add some extra heavy cream and cheese to it. I make scallops and shrimps with butter, garlic, and mix together. Instant seafood alfredo. Try it it is good!

I buy the bertolli pre-made sauces, and mix them with noodles. I sometimes sautee mushrooms, garlic, and onions in butter sauce and pour them over the noodles once they've been served on a plate. I find it very tasty and delicious.
