Why so many people use this content again and again?

I have noticed so many people used this content (“This post contains content of a mature nature. You have selected to not view content of a mature nature. If you would like to view this post, you must first change your preferences to allow mature content.”) in there posts. Is this not against the Terms and conditions of Mylot to post one content by different people at different discussion? I am totally confused please tell me why people post this content again and again.
