I have beeen in this company, also my first work after I graduated from university, for more than 6 years. I feel that works are becoming more & more boring. too many routine jobs. Whather it's time for me to consider job hopping. I have no experience for it before. What's the key point to consider changing a job?

i've started working since 9 years ago and i've job hopped from so many companies that i lost count...i think should be about 6-8 different jobs..but of course the salary is not only higher, the position as well. i've been very lucky so far, that i got head hunted by companies to work. but then, i hope i can be so blessed again as im now finding job in singapore.

First make sure it's something you will enjoy doing. It helps if you can look forward to coming to work everyday. Next make sure that the money is enough to meet your needs.

You only live once dear. You can change jobs for many reasons. Variety, salary, transportation, benefits, hours, just about any reason. No use to stick to a job that is boring. You will not be happy.

well i don't change jobs that often. I've been working for 6 yrs and so far i haven't found the job that i really want to do so i change jobs on average every 2 years or so... haha. Just make sure of what job you really want, the kind of environment, etc., then go for it. =)
